Visa Information

The U.S. International Visitors Office (IVO) recommends travelers apply for a visa at least three months before the meeting because some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews. Applicants should first contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview.

Should a registrant’s visa request be denied, AAPS will provide a full refund. Registrants should email aaps.helpdesk@goeshow.com and provide documentation of the denial in order for the refund to be processed.

Further information on business visas can be found at the DOS Business Visa Center Website and at the IVO website.

Please note that AAPS is not affiliated with and has no relationship with the U.S. International Visitors Office. The information above regarding visa delays is the suggested process by IVO.
