Rare Disease Applicants Can Ditch CDs as FDA Builds Web Portal

No more applications burned to CD. Soon companies such as Celgene Corp., AbbVie Inc., and Johnson & Johnson that develop drugs for rare diseases will be able to submit applications to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) online.
