Challenge to FDA Policy Shift on Homeopathic Drugs Stays Alive

MediNatura Inc. advanced a challenge to the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) withdrawal of a 30-year-old policy exempting the homeopathic drug industry from heavy regulation, but it can’t block the agency’s effort to detain its imported homeopathic drugs, according to a ruling by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
