World Governments Blasted for Lack of Pandemic Preparation

The cost of preventing pandemics would be a fraction of the amount governments are expected to spend on the aftershocks of Covid-19, former heads of the World Health Organization and the Red Cross said in a report blasting the world’s lack of preparedness.
