During a recent episode of David Otey’s podcast The Power of Story and Science, Bill Williams, Ph.D., of the University of Texas (UT), College of Pharmacy, discusses how the origins of his teaching philosophy began when he learned pharmaceutical technology and how to apply it to problems people actually care about. The Power of Story and Science podcast is about telling the story of your work. “That’s the only way your work will change the world,” Otey says.
Williams is the editor-in-chief of the peer-reviewed journal AAPS PharmSciTech. He is head of the Division of Molecular Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery at the UT College of Pharmacy and a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors. He summed up his conversation on the podcast saying, “I am all about telling the story.”
