AAPS continues its busy scientific agenda early this year, with the first meeting of the 2022 PharmSci 360 Scientific Programming Committee, the upcoming AAPS Leadership Retreat, poster submission opportunities, AAPS Community conversations, and much more!
In this week’s letter from Executive Director Tina Morris, Ph.D., she shares how her personal experiences have paralleled those of AAPS Member Vibha Jawa, as shown in the recent Women’s Spotlight Series in the Women in Pharmaceutical Science Community.
The new AAPS Diversity Equity Inclusion Committee wants input on your experiences! Make sure to take the anonymous survey. Results will be shared in AAPS Newsmagazine, and the committee will provide an update at the Leadership Retreat.
Dr. Morris also invites members to share their research and experiences with the pharmaceutical science community through AAPS events, including poster abstract submissions to the National Biotechnology Conference (NBC) in May and the workshop Drug Transporters in ADME: from the Bench to the Bedside in April.
