The new Regulatory Sciences Community can help you network, find collaborators, share new data, and exchange ideas with other scientists
Volunteer leaders in the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) launched a new Regulatory Sciences (RS) Community through AAPS’ online community platform. This community provides an opportunity for members to discuss emerging areas within regulatory sciences.
The RS Community delivers the tools, programming, and networking opportunities needed to help members grow in areas such as regulatory compliance, good manufacturing practices, and clinical and preclinical practices; the legal aspects of pharmaceutical development; and protection of intellectual property. RS will collaborate with other AAPS communities, sister organizations, and regulators to help pharmaceutical scientists understand the global regulatory landscape and shape global regulatory strategies. RS Community members are involved with all aspects of drug development—from discovery through life cycle management—and place a special emphasis of continuous learning and training in accomplishing their objectives.
The RS Community leaders are soliciting volunteers to help with advancing the community’s goals. Serving as leadership in the RS Community is a wonderful opportunity to:
- Advance the science in this field
- Broaden your network
- Enhance your leadership skills
- Help others learn and grow
