Takeda, Endo Face Antitrust Suit Over Constipation Drug Amitiza

              Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. and Endo International Plc were hit with federal antitrust claims in Boston over their alleged scheme to delay generic versions of Takeda’s anti-constipation drug Amitiza through illegal patent settlements.
